Just notice we had a cool review on our pulled pork. Way back when we first started we used to do our pork Georgia Style. I travelled all the way to Georgia and learned from the man himself @myron.mixon . Over the years I have made many styles of pulled pork and my favorite is when you pull the whole hog. I have learned to mix different regional BBQ styles to come up with my own flavor profile. The ones in the video are seasoned with our Garlic Jalapeno seasoning and I finished it off with salt and pepper as they do in Texas. 8 to 12 hours later we have some tender pork. When its time to pull it apart we add a little vinegar to give it a little touch of Gergia style. Over the last two months we have put out our best pulled pork. With anything we do we are always looking for ways to improve no matter if it's already perfect!
